Bespoke Yoga Sessions
I specialise in hatha, restorative and chair yoga. These styles of yoga are especially beneficial for the nervous system and can facilitate your mental, physical and emotional balance in times of stress or transition.
It’s also possible to incorporate some elements of hypnotherapy or journaling into the practice which are particularly popular in a group setting. I have led classes for the National Theatre, Light Centre and the Groucho Club.
During the pandemic I co-hosted a free cancer survivor gathering focused on relaxation, and I continue to provide specialist cancer yoga sessions on an individual basis. With in-depth awareness and understanding of the surgical and medical implications of treatment, I can tailor a session or package to help you in the privacy of your own home, whether you are returning to practice or exploring yoga for the first time.
